Labirinto / Thisquietarmy

The experimental post-rock band Labirinto from Sao Paulo (Brazil) teams up with the prolific one-man guitar drone machine Thisquietarmy from Montreal (Canada) to present their new recordings.

They both met and played together in Montreal when Labirinto was touring in North America for the 2nd time (early 2012). While Labirinto & Thisquietarmy hail from different hemispheres, they have a mutual admiration for each other’s sound and work ethics, as well as their shared influences of textured sounds such ambient, psychedelic, post-rock & black metal. Furthermore, their common perspective of the world have bound them to create a record inspired by cultural & social values, political situations and universal phenomenon’s.
